Craig Horning, Owner

Craig established Integrity Pools & Spas in September of 2002.  He has been in the construction industry since 1985 starting in backyard concrete patio and sidewalk installs and then managing large commercial projects. It has been a passion of Craig’s to bring to Lancaster County a full service swimming pool and spa company.  He enjoys spending time with his wife, Kate, and their three sons Jared, Nate and Adam.  When Craig is not busy building paradise, he loves spending time outdoors.  Craig is a big baseball and hockey fan and always enjoys watching his Phillies, Flyers and Hershey Bears! 

Kate Horning, Owner

Kate has enjoyed supporting her husband, Craig, in building his dream from the beginning.  She is a graduate of Palmer Business School where she majored in Business Management and minored in Marketing.  She supports the sales and marketing department and performs some of the “behind the scenes” business development.  She and Craig live in Manheim Township where they are raising their three boys.  Kate enjoys spending time cooking, being physically fit, spending time outdoors, being with family and friends, and watching the Philadelphia Phillies.  Most of all Kate loves spending time with her husband and kids!

Allison Grimm, Office Manager

Allison has worked for Integrity Pools & Spas since 2007.  She lives in Manheim Township with her husband, Matt, and their son, Tyler.  They are very excited to be adding to their family in May.  Allison is a recent graduate of Central Pennsylvania College where she majored in Accounting.  Happy to be free of schoolwork she enjoys raising her son, preparing for baby #2, as well as reading, spending time outdoors, and being with family.  Allison has approximately 10 years’ experience in the tax and accounting profession and does a fantastic job keeping us organized.  Allison is a big asset to our team and we couldn’t do it without her.

Barb Shopf, Marketing & Sales Manager

Barb has been with Integrity Pools & Spas since 2004.  She came on board with the inception of adding the Arctic Spas line and has been instrumental in developing and marketing the line for us.  She is a graduate of Bloomsburg University with a degree in Marketing and Management and does a fantastic job working with customers and helping them create their dream.  Barb makes exceeding customer expectations look almost effortless.  Barb is born and raised in Lancaster County and resides in East Earl with her two daughters, Erin and Emily.  Barb most enjoys spending time with his kids and enjoying their sporting events.  In addition, she loves spending time with family and friends, and is a big Phillies fan.

Bobbie Walsh, Designer

Bobbie is a part of our design team where she creates beautiful backyard concepts for customers.  Bobbie graduated from The Art Institute of York with a degree in Interior Design.  She is passionate about design…whether designing an interior or exterior space, she enjoys it all!  Her creative expression is a wonderful addition to our team.  In her free time she enjoys hunting, riding four wheelers, camping, and reading.  The Lampeter-Strasburg area is home to Bobbie and her two sons, Adam and Hunter.

Tim Hollinger, Service Manager

Tim has been working for Integrity Pools & Spas since 2008.  He was born and raised in the Lancaster and now resides in the Lititz area with his wife, Suzanne, and their two daughters, Morgan and Alexis.  Tim is an outdoor enthusiast and really enjoys fishing in his free time.  He enjoys watching his girls in their various sporting events and is a big football fan -- NY Giants!  Tim brings a wealth of swimming pool service knowledge to the table with more than 12 years’ experience.  He is well respected in the industry and strives hard to create total customer satisfaction.  His knowledge and experience is valued.

Matt Grimm, Spa Service Technician

Matt joined the Integrity Pools & Spas team in 2011.  He comes to us with a background in electrical work and is very excited to be learning and growing our spa division.  Matt and his wife Allison have a 2 year old son, Tyler and they are expecting their second child in May.  Matt enjoys playing softball on his church softball team and is the president of the Fundamental Church Softball League.  When he isn’t playing softball, Matt loves spending time with family and being in the outdoors. 

Nate Horning, Pool Maintenance Technician

Nate came to Integrity Pools & Spas in 2011 as a Service Technician.  He is a graduate of Manheim Township School District and awarded an Eagle Scout emblem with Troop 84 in 2009.  When not working Nate really enjoys hockey – whether watching the Colorado Avalanche, Hershey Bears, or playing on a local roller hockey team – he is a huge fan of the sport.  Nate is a bright individual and working hard to learn his trade.  We appreciate his commitment and look forward to watching him grow.

David Kralicek, Retail Associate

David joined Integrity Pools & Spas in 2011 and has many years of retail experience, including prior pool retail experience.  His friendly smile and desire to help customers makes him a big help on the front line.  He has done an outstanding job learning water chemistry which makes him a reliable source.  We appreciate all he brings to the position.  David lives in the Lititz area and is attending HACC Lancaster where he plans to major in Business.  David really enjoys being outside, hiking, and riding his mountain bike on the weekends.

Dennis L. Cole, Jr., Inventory Controller

Dennis is married and lives in the Lancaster area with his wife, Tracy, and his son, Bronson.  Dennis’ primary responsibility is overseeing inventory for both the pool and spa divisions, but he sometimes wears many hats.  In addition to Inventory Controller, he handles warranty claims for both divisions, maintains all the building maintenance, oversees the in-house point-of-sale software system, helps with retail sales when necessary, and manages our snow removal accounts.  When Dennis isn’t juggling all those hats he always enjoys a trip to his mountain retreat where he loves to hunt and fish.  Dennis really enjoys the outdoors.

Jerry Ames, Lead Mechanic

Jerry has been the mechanic for Integrity Pools & Spas since 2006.  His duties include keeping all of the trucks, trailers, and construction equipment in great working condition.  Jerry lives in Lancaster with his wife, Kathy, and their six children, Amanda, Dustin, Allie, Alyssa, Abby and Addie.  In his spare time, you can find him participating, coaching, and occasionally just watching one of his kid’s activities.  He really enjoys playing roller hockey, hanging by his pool with family and friends, going to the beach, and enjoying a game at the Hershey Bears.  Jerry does a great job keeping our fleet in prime condition.
