WE'RE MOVING
360 Steel Way, Lancaster
Integrity Pools would like to announce that we are
making a move. For more than two years now, we
have been searching for a place that allows Integrity
Pools & Spas to come under one roof. This will allow
our service department, retail store, construction
department, warehouse, sales department and
corporate office to all be together making us much
more efficient. We feel we have found that place, but
must move quickly. Our new home will be 360 Steel
Way, behind Home Depot and adjacent to Angelo's
Soccer Corner in the old Richard's Flooring Building.
Our new location may not be quite at visible and
referrals are as important as ever. Until June 2010, all
pool referrals leading to a pool sale will receive a
$500 gift card to our store. Spa referrals that result in a
spa sale will get a $250 gift card to our store. In
addition, refer a chemical customer and get a $25 gift
card as a thank you. All rules about our Referral Gift
Cards will be completely outlined in a letter arriving in
your mail soon.
We will be closing our Spring Valley Road store
December 18 in order to move out of this location and
renovate our new home. From January 5 - 21,
supplies may be purchased at our McFarland Drive
location. Our hours are Tuesdays and Thursday 10
AM - 2 PM. We can also ship supplies to you if that is
more convenient. Another option is to email
barb@integrity-pools.com to arrange a
time that is most convenient for you. We apologize for
any inconvenience this may cause, but know this will
be
a much better situation for all of us. Service will still be
available at service@integrity-
pools.com. Our store telephone number will
remain the same, 717.393.1600. Calls
will be automatically forwarded to our new location
and checked regularly during our construction
process. Service calls will temporarily be accepted by
Tim at 717.406.2469. Any sales related inquiries may
be directed to info@integrity-pools.com.
Our goal is to open the new Show Room by March 1,
2010. We know our new home will be closer for
many of you and farther for others, but we hope that
the trust you have in our service and sales will
encourage you to join us at our new home at 360
Steel Way.
Our Team is very excited about this new opportunity
and hope you'll be supportive of our venture. Thank

KATE'S KITCHEN
Roast Prime Rib of Beef with Horseradish Crust
Ingredients
1 bone in prime rib beef roast, 3 ribs, about 6 pounds
5 garlic cloves, smashed
1/4 C prepared horseradish
Leaves from 2 fresh rosemary sprigs
Leaves from 4 fresh thyme sprigs
1/2 C kosher salt
1/4 C freshly ground black pepper
1/2 C extra-virgin olive oil
1/2 C dry white wine
1 T all-purpose flour
2 C canned chicken or beef broth
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Lay the beef in a large roasting pan with the bone side
down. (The ribs act as a natural roasting rack.) In a
small bowl mash together the garlic, horseradish,
rosemary, thyme, salt, pepper, and olive oil to make a
paste. Massage the paste generously over the entire
roast. Put the pan in the oven and roast the beef until
the internal temperature of the meat registers 125
degrees F on an instant-read thermometer (medium-
rare), 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Remove the beef to a carving
board and let it rest for 20 minutes before carving.
Pour off some of the pan drippings and place pan on
stovetop over medium-high heat.
Add the white wine and bring to a simmer, scraping
the bits on the bottom of the pan. Reduce the wine by
half. Whisk in the flour, then add the broth and
continue to cook, whisking until sauce thickens into a
gravy, about 10 minutes.

THE LAST WORD
It's hard to believe that it's the Holiday Season once
again...where has the year gone? I love this time of
year because I look forward to spending time with
family and friends, and celebrating Holiday traditions.
It's a great opportunity to reflect on all that has
happened and anticipate the New Year and all its
possibilities.
The New Year is very exciting for us and we are so
thrilled about being under one roof. The transition to
juggle between two locations to one location to a
brand new location will be as quick as possible. We
appreciate your patience with us while we create a
new facility that will be bigger and way more
efficient.
It has been a strong year for Integrity Pools & Spas
and it is because of great customers like you. Thank
you for a great year. It just proves that hard work and
INTEGRITY can get you through the toughest of times.
