Poolside Dipping
CHICKEN SKEWERS WITH PEANUT
SAUCE
Ingredients
1 C chunky peanut butter
1/2 C chicken stock
1 lime, juiced
1 T soy sauce
1 tsp red chili flakes
1/2 tsp cayenne
1 T honey
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
2 lbs chicken tenders
2 T vegetable oil
1 tsp allspice
Special equipment: bamboo skewers
Directions
Combine peanut butter, stock, lime juice, soy sauce,
hot chili flakes, cayenne and honey in a small
saucepan. Stir to combine and bring to a simmer over
medium heat, stirring occasionally. When peanut
butter has melted, season, to taste, with salt and
pepper and remove from heat.
Preheat grill.
Skewer chicken tenders, brush both sides with oil and
season with salt, pepper and allspice. Grill chicken
until it is browned on both sides and cooked through,
about 4 minutes per side. Serve with peanut sauce.

THE LAST WORD
So where did the summer go? Kids are back to
school; dusk is creeping up earlier; and the days feel
cooler. It has been another great summer for Integrity
Pools & Spas. If you are like me, than you are
probably wondering what the economic status of our
country will hold for us? Well, I will be the first one to
say thanks to all of our customers that have kept our
business continuing to grow. I have seen a decline in
spa sales, but beginning to see more interest in hot
tubs. Hopefully this is a sign of better days to
come.
September will be a productive month for our
construction department as we begin wrapping up
several projects to make way for a very busy fall. With
that said, if you are a potential pool owner, please
consider contacting Barb Shopf or myself as soon as
possible. Our work load is about full for fall and the
spring is showing great potential as well. There can
never be enough time for planning.
As the fall season is around the corner pool we begin
to think about pool closings. Please take a moment to
review the General Terms and Conditions of your
Service Contract. This will provide much needed
information including helpful reminders. We will be in
touch with customers as schedules develop and
confirm dates as they become available. Remember
the importance of having items poolside for our
service department to close your pool.

Mark your calendar and plan to visit us at the
Lancaster County Convention Center for the
Suburban Pennsylvania Fall Home Show.
Cartridge pool filters have a life expectancy of 3-5
years. If you replace dirty and worn out cartridges,
keep the old set for spring clean-up. New cartridges
can be installed after the initial spring clean up! This
will save you money while giving new cartridges
more "life!"
