 SWIMMING POOL COVERS
 Excessive Weight Limits

Many pool owners are experiencing low or sagging pool covers due to excessive snow and ice loads, which in turn is displacing the water in the pool. Do not try to remove snow or ice from the cover. We suggest you wait for the ice or snow to melt before attempting to pump water off the cover.

Water surface should be 2"-3" below the tile line. Damage caused to pool covers can be addressed on an individual basis. There is no preventative maintenance to alleviate excessive loads on pool covers when we experience as much precipitation as we have this winter.

 HOT TUB COVER/GAZEBO
 Cover, Lift, Protect - Repeat

The Covana, a hot tub cover and gazebo, is at the forefront of innovative add-ons.

A unique hot tub cover/gazebo! Covana eliminates the frustration of removing a cover with the ease of a turn-key. The structure is an all-in-one system with both a gazebo and an R21 rated insulating cover that meets ASTM requirements and is UL Certified.

Consumers gain access to their hot tub with the turn of a key, which opens and closes the Covana within seconds. It operates very similar to a garage door where a spring is doing most of the lifting and the motor itself is strictly controlling movement. The Covana does not have to reach its full height of 8.5 feet, but rather it can be stopped at any level.

This unique and fresh concept is perfect for those struggling with injury or strength issues - or just for the pure convenience of it all.

 OPEN FOR BUSINESS
We're Here And Ready To Serve

Open Sign To say we have been busy would be an under statement. We have spent the last few months cleaning house, packing up, moving furniture, counting inventory, filling boxes and moving out of both buildings. And we didn't stop there.

Since January we have planning and designing, framing and building, running wires and rolling paint, installing drop ceiling and lighting, hanging shelves and stocking them, installing wood floors and carpet, assembling new furniture, and the list goes on and on and on!

Oh, and did we mention snow removal? Yeah, between the countless hours of hard work by our entire team...we managed to remove and push record breaking amounts of snow.

We can't wait to show our new home off! Check out our promotional savings below as a special incentive to bring you in this month. We will be planning a Grand Opening later this Spring...additional details will follow.

 SPA TIP
 Power Outage

If power goes out to your home for a length of time and you have a generator, you can put a heat cell inside the cabinet to maintain the spa above freezing.

 KATE'S KITCHEN
Grown Up Baked Macaroni & Cheese

Blue Cheese Mac & Cheese Ingredients
4 oz. thick-sliced bacon
Vegetable oil
Kosher salt
2 C. elbow macaroni or cavatappi
1 1/2 C. milk
2 T. unsalted butter
2 T. all-purpose flour
4 oz. Gruyere cheese, grated
3 oz. extra-sharp Cheddar, grated
2 oz. blue cheese, crumbled
1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
Pinch nutmeg
2 slices white sandwich bread, crusts removed
2 T. freshly chopped basil leaves

Directions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.

Place a baking rack on a sheet pan and arrange the bacon in 1 layer on the baking rack. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, until the bacon is crisp. Remove the pan carefully from the oven - there will be hot grease in the pan! Transfer the bacon to a plate lined with paper towels and crumble when it is cool enough to handle.

Drizzle oil into a large pot of boiling salted water. Add the macaroni and cook according to the directions on the package, 6 to 8 minutes. Drain well.

Meanwhile, heat the milk in a small saucepan, but don't boil it. Melt the butter in a medium pot and add the flour. Cook over low heat for 2 minutes, stirring with a whisk. While whisking, add the hot milk and cook for a minute or 2 more, until thickened and smooth. Off the heat, add the Gruyere, Cheddar, blue cheese, 1 teaspoon salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Add the cooked macaroni and crumbled bacon and stir well. Pour into 2 individual size gratin dishes.

Place the bread slices in a food processor fitted with a steel blade and pulse until you have coarse crumbs. Add the basil and pulse to combine. Sprinkle the bread crumb mixture over the top of the pasta. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, or until the sauce is bubbly and the macaroni is browned on the top.
